Listing items in Shop
In the Shop Listings menu, you can easily create and list items in your Shop. You can list Web3 items like tokens and NFTs, assigning their pricing in Gems. When creating an item, you can customize its information, including the name, description, image, price, and available quantity.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Accessing the Shop Listings
Log in to your Stiqy admin dashboard.
Navigate to Shop > Shop Listings in the left-hand menu.
You will see two tabs:
Unlisted: Items saved as drafts and not yet published to your Shop.
Listed: Items that are live in the Shop for users to purchase with gems.

2. Adding A New Item
Click the Add New Item button in the Unlisted tab to configure a new item.
Fill in the item details:
Name: Enter the name of the item (e.g., Gold Token).
Description: Provide a short description of the item.
Image: Upload an image to represent your item.
Supported formats: SVG, PNG, JPG, GIF.
Recommended size: 800x400
Price (In Gems): Set the cost of your item in Gems.
Max Quantity to List: Define the maximum quantity of the item to be available in the Shop.
Contract Address: Input the smart contract address of the item.
Prize Wallet: Enter the wallet address you will use for item distribution.
Token/NFT Address (if applicable): Specify blockchain addresses for your token or NFT.
Click View Item Draft! to save the item as a draft.
A confirmation popup will appear, notifying that the item has been successfully created.
The created item will now appear in the Unlisted tab.

3. Publishing the Item
In the Unlisted tab, locate the item you want to publish in your Shop.
Click the Publish button, and the item will move to the Listed tab.
The item will now be available for end-users to purchase on the Shop page.

Troubleshooting Tips
My item is not appearing in the Shop
Ensure your item is in the Listed tab.
If not, go to the Unlisted tab and click Publish to list the item.
Unable to upload an image
Ensure the image file format is supported (SVG, PNG, JPG, GIF).
Check that the image meets the recommended size (800x400 pixels).
Adjusting the gem price and available quantity
You can edit item details such as price and quantity in the Shop Listings menu before and after listing.
