Points Systems
There are two points systems you can choose when setting up a campaign: Fixed Points System and Passive Points System.
The difference in these models lies in how points are rewarded and calculated. Choose the model that best fits your campaign goals:
1. Fixed Points System
Users earn a fixed number of points for each completed task.
Simple and direct—total points are the sum of all completed tasks.
Best for: Short-term campaigns, social engagement, and instant action-based rewards.
2. Passive Points System
Users earn Base Points Per Day (PPD) automatically by joining a campaign.
Additional Points Per Day can be earned through PPD tasks, and multipliers apply via Boost tasks.
Best for: Advanced campaign gamification, loyalty programs, long-term engagement, and retention-focused campaigns.
