Troubleshooting Tips
Error Saving Campaign Details
Ensure all required fields, such as the campaign name, start date, and end date, are filled out.
Double-check for special characters in the name or description that might cause issues.
Banner Upload Issues
Verify the image is in a supported format (JPEG or PNG).
Try uploading the file from a different browser or clearing the cache if the banner does not display correctly.
Changes Not Reflecting Immediately
Save your changes and refresh the page to confirm the updates.
If updates still do not show, clear your browser cache or try accessing the dashboard from an incognito window.
Campaign Description Formatting Not Working
Ensure you are using supported markdown or emoji formats for descriptions. Ensure emojis are correctly copied and pasted.
