Creating a Campaign
Overview
Campaigns Creation allows you to design and launch campaigns tailored to engage and grow their Communities. Whether you want to engage and reward your community or drive specific actions, STIQY provides a simple and intuitive way to set up customized campaigns without any technical expertise.
How to Create a Campaign
Step 1: Navigate to the Campaigns Section
Log in to your Stiqy Admin and go to your Community.
On the left-hand menu, click Campaigns.
Click the red Create New Campaign button on the top right of the page.

Step 2: Fill in the Campaign Details
You will see a configuration panel with fields to complete:
Points System
Choose which points system will be used in your campaign; Fixed or Passive Points System.
Once the campaign is created, you cannot change the points system.
Name
Give your campaign a clear, recognizable name.
e.g. "Airdrop Missions" or "Loyalty Program".
Description
Provide an explanation of your campaign.
e.g. "Climb the leaderboard, take your shot at $500 in ETH rewards!"
Start & End Dates
Set the date and time when the campaign will begin and end.
Tip: The times displayed when setting the start and end dates are based on your local timezone. The start/end dates and times can be adjusted anytime even after the campaign has gone live.
Step 3: Review and Create the Campaign
Once you have filled in the details, click the Create button at the bottom.
The campaign will now appear under the "Campaigns" list in the dashboard.
If needed, you can edit or activate the campaign later.

Troubleshooting Tips
Unable to Save the Campaign
Ensure all required fields (Name, Dates) are filled out.
Campaign Not Showing in the Dashboard
Confirm you’re viewing the correct tab (Active, Inactive, or Archived).
Ensure the campaign was successfully saved by checking for a confirmation message.
