Creating a Community

Overview

You can create your own communities on Stiqy. On your Community page, you can build and curate one or many Campaigns to execute your marketing strategies for user acquisition and retention. In addition to Campaigns, the Community admin panel offers features like Lucky Draw, Themes, Custom Domain, and Settings to help you customize and manage your community efficiently.


How to create a Community

Step 1: Log in

  • Use the email invitation received to access the STIQY platform

Step 2: Create a community

  1. Click on the "Create a Community" button.

  2. Enter your community details:

  • Community Name

  • One Line Description of your Community

  • Website URL (make sure to include HTTPS://)

  • If you have a governance token, include the Token Address and Network.

  1. Click "Create" to successfully create the community.


Troubleshooting Tips

  • Error: Name Already Taken

    • Ensure your community name is unique. Try adding numbers or special characters if needed.

  • Website URL Not Accepted

    • Verify that the URL begins with https:// and is correctly formatted.

  • Governance Token Issues

    • Double-check the contract address. Ensure it’s deployed on the selected network.

  • Network Selection Missing

    • Confirm that the network you’re trying to select is supported by STIQY. If not, contact support.
