Rewards (Airdrop)
Overview
The Rewards feature enable you to airdrop token-based rewards to your selected participants. This feature allows you to connect your wallet and automatically distribute the tokens to multiple participants. This feature aims to optimize your campaign execution, streamlining your reward distribution process.
Note: The Rewards feature works for both native and non-native tokens.
Key Components
Rewards Token Address: The smart contract address of the Reward tokens.
Reward Network: The blockchain network used for token transfers.
Participants Table: Displays participants’ details, such as PrivyID, Wallet Address, Points, and Rewards.
Import/Export CSV: Option to bulk upload or export participants and reward data.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Navigate to the Rewards Panel
Log in to your Stiqy admin account.
Select your campaign from the Campaigns section.
Click the Rewards tab in the top navigation bar.
Step 2: Configure Reward Settings
Choose the type of the token you will reward - Native vs. Custom (non-native)
Fill the Rewards Token Address field with a valid address.
If you chose native tokens, you don't need to enter a token address.
Select the Network of your reward token from the dropdown menu.
Currently supported chains: Ethereum, Base, BSC, Polygon, B3.
If your chain is not listed as supported, please contact Stiqy support.
Click the Connect Wallet button on the right.
When a separate notification pops up, approve the wallet connection.
Step 3: Assign Rewards
Review the Participants Table:
PrivyID: The unique identifier for each participant.
Wallet Address: The participant’s blockchain wallet address.
Points: Earned points based on campaign activities.
Rewards: Token amount to be rewarded.
To assign rewards for a participant:
Click the pencil icon under the Actions column.
Enter the number of tokens you want to send to each user.
Click Save to confirm.
Repeat for other participants as needed.
Verify that the rewards are successfully updated in the Participants Table.
Tip: Use the Export/Import CSV feature to manage reward distribution in bulk. Export the CSV file containing participant data, input the reward amounts, and then Import the updated CSV file to reflect participants' rewards in the panel.
Step 4: Approve and Transfer Tokens
Once rewards are updated in the table, click the Send button.
Confirm the transaction in your connected wallet to complete the token transfer.
Troubleshooting Tips
Error: Transfer contract address is not deployed yet
Ensure the reward token is deployed on the selected blockchain network. Contact your technical team if the issue persists.
Token Transfer Fails
Insufficient token balance or incorrect wallet address.
Verify that your token balance is sufficient and the wallet addresses are accurate.
Participant Data Not Loading
CSV import error or network issue.
Recheck the CSV format and ensure all required columns are present.
Reload the page and try again.
