Participants Data
Overview
The Participants tab in the Stiqy Campaign Dashboard enables you to efficiently view and manage data related to all users participating in your campaign.
This feature provides a comprehensive view of participant details, including wallet addresses, social media accounts, and campaign points, empowering you to evaluate engagement and reward participants effectively.
Key features include:
Participant Data Visibility: Access detailed data for all users who have joined your campaign.
Export Functionality: Export participant data for external analysis or record-keeping.
How to Access the Participants Tab
Step 1: Access the Campaign Dashboard
Log in to your Stiqy admin account.
Navigate to the Campaigns section on the left-hand menu.
Choose the campaign where you want to review participants.
Step 2: Open the Participants Tab
Once inside the campaign dashboard, click on the Participants tab located at the top of the interface.

Understanding the Participant Data Fields
privyId: A unique identifier for each participant.
Wallet Address: The blockchain wallet address associated with the user.
Email: The participant's email address.
X/Twitter: The participant’s Twitter handle.
Discord: The participant’s Discord ID.
Telegram: The participant’s Telegram handle.
Points: The total points earned by the participant based on completed tasks.
Gems: The total gems earned by the participant based on completed tasks.
How to Use the Participants Tab
View Participant Information
Browse through the list to see all participants' details.
Use the scroll or search functions to locate specific users.
Export Participant Data
Click the Export button located in the top-right corner of the Participants tab.
Save the exported CSV file to your computer for further analysis or record-keeping.
Unlinking accounts
Some users may have connected the wrong social account or wallets. You will be able to unlink their account from their Stiqy profile so they can reconnect another account.
Use Cases
Rewarding Top Participants
Use the Points column to identify the highest-performing participants and reward them with campaign-specific incentives such as NFTs, in-game rewards, or tokens.
Social Media Engagement
Leverage the X/Twitter, Discord, and Telegram fields to directly engage with participants on social platforms, fostering stronger community connections.
Participant Analysis
Export participant data and analyze it to gain insights into your audience, engagement levels, and campaign effectiveness.
Troubleshooting Tips
Missing Data:
If some participant fields are blank (e.g., email or social media handles), it may indicate that the user did not connect that accounts or did not participate in the tasks required to do so. Encourage participants to complete their profiles for better insights.
Export Issues:
If the export function does not work, ensure you have a stable internet connection. Try refreshing the page and repeating the process.
