Basic Community Settings
Overview
The Community Settings feature allows business admins to:
Upload logos, favicons, and banners to personalize the community’s appearance.
Edit the community name and a one-line description for branding.
Provide links to your website, social media accounts, and key legal pages.
Configure governance token contract addresses and select blockchain networks.
With these settings, you can ensure your Community page reflects your brand identity and remains aligned with your marketing goals.
How to Customize Community Settings
Step 1. Access the Community Settings Page
Log in to your Stiqy admin dashboard.
Navigate to the Settings tab in the left-hand menu.
Step 2. Customize Your Community Settings Aligned to Branding
Logo: Upload an image to represent your community.
Click the upload icon next to the "Logo" field.
Select a high-resolution image from your device.
Favicon: Add a small icon for browser tabs.
Click the upload icon next to "Favicon."
Recommended size: 16x16 pixels.
Banner: Upload a banner image for your community's homepage
Click the upload area under "Banner."
Your community banner will be visible as background on your community landing page and lucky draw page.

Step 3. Set Up Your Community Details
Community Slug: This is a unique identifier for your community’s URL (e.g.,
http://stiqy.io/your-community).This cannot be changed after it is set at your initial community creation step.
If you want to customize your domain, please refer to the Custom Domain section
Community Name: You can edit the name of your community.
Example: Healthy Habits Club
One Line Description: Write a short, catchy description for your community.
Example: "A vibrant space for wellness enthusiasts."
Website: Add the link to your official website.

Step 4. Enter Additional Information For Your Community (Optional)
Blockchain Configuration
Governance Token Contract Address: Enter the smart contract address if your community uses governance tokens.
Network: Select the blockchain network (e.g., Ethereum, Base, BSC)
Social Media Links
Twitter Handle: Provide your community’s Twitter username (without the @ symbol).
Example:
healthyhabits
Discord Link: Paste the invite link to your Discord server.
Legal Information
Terms and Conditions URL: Provide a link to your community’s terms of service.
Privacy and Policy URL: Enter the URL for your privacy policy.

Step 5. Save Changes
After completing all fields, click the Update button at the top-right corner.
A confirmation message will pop up when the changes are successfully saved.
Troubleshooting Tips
Unable to Save Changes
Ensure all required fields (marked with *) are filled out.
Verify the format of URLs (e.g., start with
https://).
Image Upload Errors
Check that the file format is supported (e.g., PNG, JPEG).
Ensure the image size does not exceed the upload limit.
Unable to Find Your Community's Blockchain Network
If your preferred blockchain network is not in the selection list, please contact STIQY support.
