FAQ
How is the Fixed Points System different from the Passive Points System?
The Fixed Points System requires users to complete tasks to earn points. The total campaign earnings are simply the sum of all points earned from completed tasks.
The Passive Points System, on the other hand, allows users to earn daily points automatically, just by joining the campaign. This system includes more complex calculations, as earnings are based on Points Per Day and Boost Multipliers.
Can I change my campaign's points after creation?
No. Once a campaign is created, the points system cannot be changed. If you need to switch, you must create a new campaign.
Can I assign only gems and no points to a task?
No. Points are a mandatory incentive for tasks. However, gems are optional and can be used as a premium incentive for specific actions, such as redeeming entry tickets for a Lucky Draw.
