Editing & Unlisting items

Stiqy's Shop allows you to easily and efficiently modify items. You can edit item details at any time, whether the item is listed or unlisted. This means, you don't need to unlist your item even if you mistakenly published an item with incorrect details - just edit and update the item directly.

How to Edit or Delete a Shop Item

  1. Navigate to Shop Listings

    • Log in to your Stiqy admin dashboard.

    • In the sidebar, go to Shop > Shop Listings.

  2. Find the Item

    • If the item is already available in your shop, click on the Listed tab.

    • If the item is not yet published, go to the Unlisted tab.

  3. Edit the Item

    • Click the Edit button (pencil icon) next to the item you want to update.

    • Modify the Name, Description, Price (in Gems), Maximum Quantity, Contract Addresses or Prize Wallet as needed.

    • Click Update Item to save your changes, and the changes will be reflected in Shop immediately.

  4. Delete the Item

    • Click the Delete button (trash icon) next to the item if you want to permanently delete the item.

How to Unlist a Listed Shop Item

If you need to temporarily remove an item from your Shop but don’t want to delete it permanently, you can unlist it.

  1. Go to Shop Listings

    • In the admin dashboard, navigate to Shop > Shop Listings.

    • Click on the Listed tab to find the active item.

  2. Unlist the Item

    • Locate the item you want to remove.

    • Click the Unpublish button.

    • The item will move to the Unlisted tab and will no longer be visible in the Shop.

      • Unlisted items can be re-listed anytime by selecting "Publish" from the Unlisted tab.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • I edited my item, but the changes aren’t visible

    • Ensure you clicked Update Item after making changes. Notification will pop-up to confirm that your changes are updated successfully.

    • Refresh the admin dashboard to confirm the updates.

  • I unlisted an item, but I want to make it visible on the end-user Shop page again.

    • Go to the Unlisted tab and click Publish to relist the item.

  • What's the difference between deleting and unlisting?

    • Unlisting removes the item from the shop temporarily, allowing you to relist it later.

    • Deleting permanently removes the item, and it cannot be recovered.
