Making Purchase & Review Orders as a User

Exploring Items

• End-users browse the Shop page, where items are displayed as cards showing: item image, name, description, and price in Gems.

• Clicking an item opens its detail pop-up, where users can adjust the quantity and view the estimated price.

• Users can choose between Add to Cart or Buy Now.

Adding to Cart or Purchasing Now

• If choosing Add to Cart, it triggers a success message informing that the item has been successfully added. They can continue browsing other items in the Shop.

• If choosing Buy Now, it opens an Order Confirmation window with item details and total gem cost. Users can directly checkout by confirming the order.

Checkout the items in the Cart

Clicking the Cart icon allows users to:

• View selected items, adjust item quantities, or remove items.

• Review the total cost in gems and proceed to checkout.

Confirming Purchase

• At checkout, users confirm their selected items and total Gem cost before finalizing the order.

• Click the Confirm Order button to complete the purchase. A success message will then appear.

Checking Orders in Inventory

Purchased items appear in the My Inventory tab, displaying details of all orders and their fulfillment status.

Troubleshooting Tips

• Pending Fulfillment in Inventory:

  • Let users know that order fulfillment may take some time as it requires manual processing by an admin.

  • As an admin, ensure pending orders are checked and fulfilled.

• Unable to Add Items to Cart:

  • Ensure users have enough gems for the selected items.

• Cart Not Updating Properly:

  • Refresh the page to sync the latest updates.

  • Try clearing your browser cache or logging out and back in.
