Fulfilling orders
Stiqy provides an intuitive order management system that allows you to track and fulfill user orders efficiently. This feature enables admins to review pending orders and confirm item transfers by providing a transaction hash. Remember that you need to manually transfer the items that users purchase.
Once an order is fulfilled, the user's order status updates in their My Inventory tab from 'Pending Fulfillment' to 'Fulfilled'.
How to Manage and Fulfill Orders
Step 1: Access the Manage Orders Section
Log in to your Stiqy admin dashboard.
Navigate to the left-hand menu and click on Shop.
Select Manage Orders to view pending and fulfilled orders.
Step 2: Reviewing Pending Orders
The Pending tab displays all unfulfilled user orders.
Each order includes the item name and description, date of purchase, price in Gems, quantity, and contract address.
Click the Send button next to an order to begin fulfillment.

Step 3: Fulfilling the Order
A pop-up window titled Send Item will appear.
Enter the Transaction Hash (TXN Hash) as proof of fulfillment in the provided field.
Click Confirm Item Fulfillment.

Step 4: Verifying Fulfilled Orders
Once confirmed, the order moves from the Pending tab to the Fulfilled tab.
End-users will see their items marked as Fulfilled in their My Inventory tab on the Shop page.
Troubleshooting Tips
Issue: Order Not Moving to Fulfilled Status
Ensure the correct transaction hash is entered and double-check the blockchain confirmation for the item transfer.
Refresh the dashboard and check the Fulfilled tab.
Issue: User's Order Status Not Updating to Fulfilled in Inventory
Confirm the transaction hash on the blockchain.
Advise the user to refresh their My Inventory page.
