Specific Comment

Overview

The X - Specific Comment task in Stiqy empowers you to engage with users by verifying their participation through specific comments on Twitter (now X).

This task differs from the X - Comment task as it requires users to include specific keywords in their comments, which are then automatically verified by the system.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Tweet Not Found

    • Ensure the Tweet URL you put in the CTA Button URL field is correct.

    • Double check the Tweet ID is auto-filled correctly. An incorrect ID will prevent verification.

  • Keyword Mismatch

    • If users’ comments are not verified, confirm that the keyword matches exactly, including capitalization and spacing.

  • Task Not Showing in the Campaign Page:

    • Verify that you have successfully saved the task.

    • Check the active dates of your campaign and task to ensure they are currently live.
