Overview
The X - Comment task in Stiqy allows you to validate users who leave comments on specific tweets. This feature is designed to enhance engagement tracking for marketing and community campaigns, providing a seamless way to manage and reward active participants.
How to Configure an X - Comment Task
Step 1: Access the Task Creation Panel
Navigate to Campaigns:
Log in to your Stiqy Admin dashboard
Navigate to Campaigns from the left-hand menu.
Select the campaign you want to add the task to, or create a new campaign.
Open the "Tasks" tab: Click the Tasks tab in the top horizontal menu.
Create a New Task: Click the Create New Task button at the top right of the screen
Step 2: Create the X - Comment Task
In the "Task Types" panel, choose X - Comment under the "Social Tasks" section.
Click Continue to proceed to the task configuration panel.
Step 3: Configure Task Details
Required Fields:
Name: Provide a clear and concise name for the task (e.g., "Comment on Our Pizza Tweet").
Points: Assign points users will earn for completing the task (e.g., 10).
Tweet ID: Paste the numerical ID of the tweet you want users to comment on.
Tweet ID is a series of numbers found at the end of a Tweet URL.
Example:
Tweet URL:

3213218810129
CTA Button URL: This will be auto-filled when you provide the Tweet ID.
Optional Fields:
Description: Add a brief explanation or instructions for participants (e.g., "Comment on our announcement tweet to earn 10 points!").
Gems: Specify the number of gems users will earn, if applicable.
Start Date and End Date: Set the time frame during which the task will be active.
Enable the Sync with Campaign Dates toggle to align the task dates with the campaign dates.
Label: Select an existing label or create a new label to categorize this task
Step 4: Save the Task
Review the details you entered.
Click the Create Task button to finalize your task.
The task will now appear in the Tasks list on your panel.

Use Cases
Example 1: Promoting a Product Launch
Scenario: A brand launches a new NFT collection and wants users to comment on a promotional tweet.
Task Setup: Configure the X - Comment Task to verify comments on the tweet, assign points for participation, and reward top contributors with exclusive NFTs.
Example 2: Driving Engagement for an Event
Scenario: A Web3 event organizer wants attendees to share their thoughts about a keynote speech.
Task Setup: Set up the task with the event’s official tweet and reward comments with event tokens.
Troubleshooting Tips
Task Not Showing in the Campaign Page:
Verify that you have successfully saved the task.
Check the active dates of your campaign and task to ensure they are currently live.
Tweet Not Loading for Users:
Confirm the accuracy of the Tweet URL that you provided in the CTA button URL field.
Ensure the tweet is publicly accessible.
Users Reporting Issues with Comments Not Being Verified:
Ensure you paste in the correct tweet URL and the Tweet ID is auto-filled correctly. An incorrect ID will prevent verification.
