Overview

The Participants metric tracks the number of unique participants who have completed at least 1 task with your campaign over the last 30 days. The Participants metric helps you understand user engagement and conversion trends, providing insights into how users participate in your campaigns or events. You can use this data to gauge the effectiveness of your engagement strategies and optimize for future campaigns.


Understanding Participants Analytics

The Participants section provides multiple visualizations to help you analyze user engagement activity:

1. Summary Card

  • Displays the total number of participants in the last 30 days.

2. Bar Chart: Participants Over Time

  • Displays daily or weekly participant counts.

  • Specific numbers for each date will be shown above each bar.

  • Use the chart to identify trends over time, such as peaks during special events or promotions.
