Review and Verify URL Submissions
Overview
The URL Submission task requires business admins to review and approve user-submitted URLs manually. With this manual verification, admins can ensure the authenticity of user-submitted content, thereby maintaining the integrity of their campaigns and rewarding genuine contributions.
As an admin, you can:
Access a list of all URLs submitted by participants for a specific task.
Review each submission to ensure it meets the task's requirements.
Approve or reject submissions manually to reward participants accordingly.
How to Review and Verify Submissions
Step 1: Access the Campaign Dashboard
Log in to your Stiqy account.
Navigate to the Campaigns section and select the active campaign where the task is configured.
Open the Tasks tab to view the list of tasks.
Step 2: Open the Submission Review Panel
Locate the created URL Submission task.
Click the View Submissions List (note icon) to view all submissions for the task.
Step 3: Review Submissions
The submission review panel will display a list of all user submissions, including:
The submitted URL.
Submission status (pending review, approved, rejected).
Submission date and any relevant user details.
Click the View button (eye icon) to open and inspect the submitted URL.
Step 4: Approve or Reject Submissions
After reviewing the submission, use the following buttons to take action:
Approve: If the submission meets your criteria, click the green Approve button to accept it.
Reject: If the submission does not meet the requirements, click the red Reject button to decline it.
Approved submissions will automatically reward participants with the points or gems configured in the task.
Tips for Effective Review
Clearly define the criteria for approving submissions in the task description.
Use the View button (eye icon) to ensure the URL matches the campaign's requirements.
Communicate with participants about why their submission was approved or rejected to improve engagement.
