Run Lucky Draw
Overview
When you create a Lucky Draw event, it will remain active for the start and end dates set during the draw creation process. During this period, users can convert their gems into tickets and enter them into the raffle. Once the end date is reached, the Lucky Draw will close, and users will no longer be able to submit their tickets.
After the Lucky Draw ends, you must return to the Lucky Draw panel and manually click the Run the Draw button to initiate the selection process.
Once the draw is run, winners will be automatically selected through an electronic system, ensuring fairness and transparency. You can also view the list of winners, and they will be able to claim their rewards.
How to Run a Lucky Draw
Step 1: Access the Lucky Draw Feature
Log in to your Stiqy admin account.
Navigate to the Lucky Draw section in the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Run Lucky Draw
The draw event will automatically close once the deadline is reached.
After it ends, go to the Lucky Draw panel and click the Run the Draw button.
Confirm the draw to automatically send rewards to the selected winners.
You will have the option to view a list of winners and their information.
Winners must claim their prizes on the Lucky Draw site.
Tip: Even after the draw ends, it is up to you when to run the draw, as it must be manually launched by you. You can choose to delay running the draw after the draw event has ended.
Troubleshooting Tips
Draw is not generating winners
Make sure to return to the Lucky Draw panel and click the Run Draw button once your Lucky Draw event has ended.
Participants can’t enter the draw
Check the draw settings and verify that the draw is active and accessible.
Winners’ prizes are not claimed
Directly communicate with winners who have not claimed their prizes and encourage them to do so.
Ensure that the winners’ wallet addresses are correct.
